Truer words have never been spoken regarding the vast array of teams required to fuel our revival. And those words have been driven home hard over the last three months. Not sure what I mean? Allow me to explain...

We came into 2024 as a staff with several objectives and goals. But do you know what kills objectives and goals? Growth. Especially growth that catches you by surprise. Now, don't get me wrong, every good leader plans for growth. We just all assume we know what will create it and when. We tend to anticipate growth on our terms. But so it goes with God:
Proverbs 16:9We can make our plans, but the LORD determines our steps.
Very quickly into the New Year, the LORD determined to outgrow the current Sunday format. This was all happening at Bay Hills' busiest time of year. With Easter coming early this year, we had a short on-ramp into the Lenten season, Eggstravaganza, and Holy Week, culminating on Easter Sunday. To pull this all off, our current volunteer team members needed to be shored up by a fresh crop of new recruits.  And you didn't disappoint, Bay Hills. You not only led us through the entirety of the aforementioned but into uncertain territory as we simultaneously launched into a third service.

I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you to the army of volunteer team members who made this season possible:

If I am missing anyone, please accept my apologies. I need you ALL to know you are seen, loved, and appreciated. This season of ministry could not have been possible without you. Thank you for leading us through an incredibly fruitful season at Bay Hills.

Let's do it again...
